My mother has had OCD probably since I was a child, but I never recognized it as what it was until after I graduated from college. I just thought she has some strange quirks. This book has really helped further my understanding, and I hope to guide my mother into changing her thought processes and life. I have to take baby steps to avoid triggering her anxiety issues, but I have hope. I want her to be able to live an anxiety-free and happy life.
