Great cookbook : In this book you will learn all about Type 2 diabetes and prediabetes. You will learn how to treat it and steps to take to help control and manage diabetes. There are over 600 tasty, healthy, and budget friendly recipes to try as well as a 28 day meal plan. Meal planning can be so beneficial to help keep you on track. There are other benefits to following a meal plan geared towards people with diabetes such as lowering your risk of heart disease and cancer. It can also help you lose weight. The mushroom, zucchini, and onion frittata and so many of the smoothies sound awesome.

Great recipes for the diabetic in your family : There are so many diabetic cookbooks out there; and they all give excellent advice. This one; I like because it has over 600 recipes tailored to the diabetic person. All the recipes are budget-friendly; which is perfect in our current economy; and they all use easy to find ingredients. There is also a 28 day meal plan so, it takes the guesswork out of deciding a month worth of meals. There is also a bonus meal plan for Vigil and Christmas Day; a way for you to now enjoy those holiday meals with your friends and family without feeling uncomfortable.

Delicious recipes : I found this cookbook quite interesting. Diabetes can be a dangerous illness if you don’t know what causes it and how to help manage it. This book explained what diabetes is, how to control it, the importance of insulin, and eating better can help prevent it. If you or a family member are newly diagnosed ad having diabetes, this cookbook is a must-have. Instead of focusing on what you can't eat, focus on how many delicious things you can still have.

Great diabetic cookbook : if you or a loved one has been diagnosed as either diabetic or prediabetic - this cookbook is a must. The six hundred recipes included will show you the way that diabetics should be eating. There is a wide variety of dishes and the entire family will enjoy them. This book not only has a 28 day meal plan but also a plan for holidays like Christmas. I have never seen that in a cookbook for diabetics.

Plenty of recipes : Diabetic Cookbook for beginners brings 600+ recipes that help you take care of your body. Diabetic people suffer because there are lots of things that they cant eat due to the sugar level in the blood. But these recipes are really easy to follow and provides the nutrients and a 28-day plan to start off with confidence. My father gave it a try and he is excited about it.
